Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in West Valley City, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 36,000-square-foot playground / park / athletic field.

The purpose is to seek bids from licensed Landscape and Recreation Contractors (S330) to repair and resurface the five tennis courts at Hunter High School according to provided specifications. It is expected that the contract will be awarded to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is required. See the specifications document for further details. Scope of Work: Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, material, tools, transportation, supplies, and incidentals necessary to perform the work as indicated on the drawings, bid documents, specifications, and as described in the scope of work below: Provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to repair and resurface the existing five (5) tennis courts located at Hunter High School. Contractors are responsible to field measure and assess the level of prep work required during the pre-bid meeting. Sandblast and/or beadblast to remove and legally dispose of all loose surface material on tennis court finish and deteriorated concrete slab. Power wash courts, clean, and repair all cracks as needed. Fill and patch all low spots. Contractor to apply latex primer Contractor to apply one (1) coat of 100% acrylic emulsion resurfacer with silica sand Contractor to apply two (2) coats of acrylic color with silica sand. Color to match existing courts. Contractor to paint new lines to match existing with 100% acrylic line paint.
