This project mainly aims to carry out work for the repair of the soothing rooms at the Rehabilitation Center for Youth in Difficulty of Adaptation (CRJDA), located at 310 Cartier Boulevard West in Laval. The work aims to renovate the existing soothing room located in room 329 on the 3rd floor, as well as the development of a new soothing room in room 433 on the 4e floor. The mission of the Centre de readaptation pour jeunes en difficulte d'adaptation de Laval is to provide the most vulnerable young people in our community, aged 0 to 18 years old, and their families with psychosocial adaptation and rehabilitation services when their situation requires it. The contractor must take into consideration that this building remains occupied throughout the duration of the work. The contractor shall: - At the beginning of the work, report your presence to the person responsible for the project; this person will give you permission to proceed or not; - Mark AND secure the work area; - Ensure that all travel is safe: tools and equipment out of our clients' reach. All doors must be closed. Make sure no one follows you when you go out and NEVER leave a door open. It is prohibited to pass through a fenced area without the permission of the person responsible for the project. Behaviour and language must be appropriate and dress in order. Failure to comply with any of these measures will result, for the worker at fault: - Immediate expulsion of the person; - The ban on meeting at the scene. The contractor must also refer to the complete plans and specifications (architecture, mechanics, electricity, and structure as well as the supplementary contract clauses document) and the AO documents. The work includes, but is not limited to: The provision of all permits other than the required construction permit, including related documents; . The demolition of elements; . Temporary work; . Lockdown work related to infection control; . Lockdown work related to user safety; . The holes; . The coordination of the work according to the phasing and timeline to be provided by the contractor; . Participate in weekly meetings with the project manager and other meetings upon request; . The removal of waste; . The daily and final cleaning of the site; . The provision of documents related to documentation and the closure of the site. The mobilization date on site must be authorized by the project manager of the CISSS de Laval. Start of work in August 2026.
