Site work and renovation of a civil project in Munich, North Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Owner is requesting Bids for construction of City of Munich, North Dakota Sanitary Sewer Improvements, including Lift Station, Lagoon, and Manhole Rehabilitation. Bids must be submitted electronically via vBid through Quest CDN. Mailed or hand-delivered bids will not be considered. The project includes lift station, lagoon, and manhole rehabilitation. Bidders must use bidding documents obtained from the designated website and register as a plan holder. Each bid must include a bidder's bond equal to 5% of the total bid amount. Bidders must possess a valid North Dakota contractor’s license for the full bid amount, and include a copy of their license or certificate of renewal, valid and dated at least 10 days before bid opening. The project is subject to Build America, Buy America Act requirements. The City of Munich reserves the right to reject any and all bids and rebid the project until a satisfactory bid is received.
