Description

Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in North Kansas City, Missouri. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The City is soliciting proposals for the purchase and development of City-owned parcels within the One North Redevelopment Area. The goal is to create a mixed-use destination that generates tax revenue, supports entertainment activity, and enhances economic vitality.
