Description

Renovation of a multi-residential development in Boulder, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

Boulder Housing Partners is requesting bid proposals from companies to provide General Contractor services for a large building decarbonization project at the Walnut Place Property. This project is funded through a State of Colorado grant program administered by the Colorado Energy Office and supported by funding from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Climate Pollution Reduction Grant. Submittals must be sent via email, and attendance at a mandatory site walk with the Maintenance Director is required for proposal eligibility. Failure to attend the mandatory site walk will render the proposal non-responsive and ineligible for award consideration.
