Renovation of an educational facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Sealed bids are requested for the complete construction of the Warren Central High School – East Interior Renovations. Work must be performed under the contract form set forth in the bidding documents. Bidders must submit a executed bid form, a financial statement as per Indiana Board of Accounts Form 96, and a satisfactory bid bond or certified check for no less than 5% of the total base bid price. Bid Security will be forfeited as liquidated damages if a successful bidder withdraws their bid, fails to provide payment and performance bonds, or fails to execute the contract. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, labeled with the bid package number and name, and must comply fully with the bid documents. Access to bid documents can be requested from the contact provided. Attendance at the scheduled pre-bid meeting will be considered in determining bidder responsiveness. Refer to the Bidders Check List for all other required submission items.
