Renovation of a fire / police facility in Wyoming, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The City of Wyoming, Michigan (City) is requesting bids/proposals for the items, services, or project generally referred to as: FIRE STATIONS #1 and #3 RENOVATIONS as more particularly described and detailed in the plans and specifications attached to this Request for Bids/Proposals (RFP attached as Exhibit A) is (the "Work"). The RFP and the Proposal are incorporated into the contract by reference. Question Deadline 06/26/2026 Questions about or requests for interpretation of this request for bids/proposals, any of the plans and specifications, or any bid/proposal requirements may be directed via e-mail to troy.rinks@wyomingmi.gov. The City of Wyoming Fire Station #1 and #3 share a similar scope of work. The building renovations will involve renovating the kitchen and living quarters. At Fire Station #3, living quarters will be relocated inside of an existing space and new office space will be added.
