Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in South Bend, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

This project entails the procurement of water infrastructure pipe, fittings, and appurtenances. The bidder's attention is directed to the Affirmative Action Requirements and the Insurance Provisions of the Project. Responsible Bidders may obtain a set of and/or sets of the Contract Documents, Special Provisions, and/or Plans, if applicable, for this Project. Bidders must mail in a check for the non-refundable fee of $50.00 to the St. Joseph County Auditor to be considered as a responsible bidder. The Board of Commissioners of St. Joseph County, Indiana reserve the right to reject any and all bids or to accept the ones which, in its judgment, will be to the best interest of St. Joseph County, Indiana. The St. Joseph County Board of Commissioners also reserve the right to hold Bids up to 60 calendar days from the receipt of the Bid. All questions regarding the project must be submitted via email prior to 12:00 PM noon on Tuesday, June 16, 2026. Any required addendum will then be issued on or before Thursday, June 18, 2026.
