Site work and paving for a road / highway in Jerome, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, fixtures, and services necessary for the placement of chip seal on County maintained roads in Jerome, Sedona and Village of Oak Creek, Arizona, for pavement preservation. Contractors are required to submit bids electronically through the County's eProcurement Portal. Every proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond for ten percent of the amount of the bid. The surety bond must be executed by a surety company authorized in the state and cannot be executed by an individual surety. The surety or checks will be returned to unsuccessful bidders and to the successful contractor upon execution of satisfactory bond and contract. The Yavapai County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all offers, waive formalities, and accept the offer deemed in the best interest of the County.
