Bid Item #1: Amador Valley Community Park The lump sum price paid for Amador Valley Community Park - Phase 1/Base Bid shall include full compensation for furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment and incidentals and for doing all work involved in Amador Valley Community Park - Phase 1/Base Bid, complete in place, including project start up, demolition, and irrigation as shown on the plans, as specified in the Specifications and these special provisions, and as directed by the Engineer. Bid Item #2: Bicentennial Park The lump sum price paid for Bicentennial Park - Phase 1/Base Bid shall include full compensation for furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment and incidentals and for doing all work involved in Bicentennial Park - Base Bid/Phase 1, complete in place, including project start up, demolition, irrigation, and decomposed granite pavement, as shown on the plans, as specified in the Specifications and these special provisions, and as directed by the Engineer.
