The City of Indio is seeking qualified (“Contractor(s)”) will be expected to be timely, consistent, and provide a cost-effective service to ensure clean and safe office facilities for employees and customers doing business with the City of Indio. Contractors shall provide regularly scheduled janitorial services, cleaning methods, and quality control method to appropriate supplies to maintain a high standard of cleanliness that is in accordance with all applicable health and safety regulations; including all applicable industry standards and best practices for the type of work being performed. The Contractor's work shall consist of providing a daily cleaning check list, monthly quality and assurance/quality control report, staff training matrix, master product list, floor care tracking log, waste and building status audits, emergency response logs, supply tracker, and a restroom route schedule and log service.
