Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) are requested for Engineering Consultant Services for the Rogers Brook Sewer Main Improvement Project. The scope includes advancing the project from completed preliminary engineering through final design, permitting, bidding, construction administration, inspection, and project closeout services. The consultant must comply with all applicable requirements from NYSEFC, EPA, NBRC, NYSDEC, NYSDOT, and other federal, state, and local agencies, including, but not limited to, federal qualifications-based procurement, MWBE/SDVOB participation, Davis-Bacon prevailing wage, Build America Buy America, American Iron and Steel, and 2 CFR Part 200. The Town reserves all rights to reject submissions, waive informalities, request clarification, negotiate scope and fees, and award in its best interest. CR#: 2135684. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Request for Proposal for design services is underway.
