Description

The Finger Lakes DDSO is soliciting bids to design a roof at the Long Acre IRA located at 198 Long Acre Rd, Rochester, NY 14621. The architect or engineer will be responsible for attending a mandatory site visit to verify knowledge of the area prior to submitting a bid. Bids will not be accepted from vendors who do not attend the site visit or who arrive late. Prevailing Wage is not a requirement for this project. To request an invitation for bid, reference the location and project title on company letterhead, including a current email address or fax number, and send via fax or email to the provided contact information. It is not required to notify ahead of time to attend the site visit. CR#: 2135901 Contract Term: Thirty (30) days after completion of project. Event note: Bids will not be accepted before the site visit or from vendors that do not attend this site visit. Vendors may also be disqualified from bidding if they arrive late to the site visit. Prevailing Wage is not a requirement of this project.
