The scope of work is for Construction Observation Services related to the Town of Concord Sewer Districts Improvements Project, CWSRF Project No. C9-6707-01-00. Services include providing a Construction Observer to be onsite at all times during active construction to note progress, determine compliance with contract documents, take measurements, create sketches, and keep a daily logbook recording visitors, conflicts, conversations, quantities installed, and significant activities. The Observer must also attend project meetings, provide measurement and record log information to MDA Consulting Engineers, and more than one Observer may be required depending on the number of construction crews. Certification of Construction Observation must be under a Professional Engineer licensed in New York, with at least 1,000 hours of relevant experience and knowledge of gravity sewer and WWTP construction materials and methods. Proposals must include an hourly rate per Observer and provide separate rates if subject to change over the construction seasons.
