The purpose is to establish an agreement with a qualified contractor to supply, mobilize, and operate mobile centrifuge equipment for emergency biosolids processing at the County’s three Wastewater Treatment Facilities. These services are to be used only in event of catastrophic failure or extended outage of the County’s existing centrifuge equipment. The contractor must provide mobile centrifuge biosolids processing services on an on-call, per-gallon processed basis, including furnishing the centrifuge equipment, qualified operating personnel, mobilization, operation, and demobilization required to process wastewater biosolids at the County's sites.
