Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Wahpeton, North Dakota. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Reconstruction of Westmore Avenue from 11th Street North to Western Road. Approximately 2073 lineal feet of road way reconstruct. Sanitary sewer, water main, and storm sewers are proposed to be replaced. Street section to include geotextile fabric, aggregate base, 5.5 inches of bituminous pavement, curb and gutter, and drain tile. Need to see if property owners want sidewalk included in the project. Sidewalk costs are not currently calculated in the CIP numbers The project is included in the City's 2026-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of June 08, 2026 , further details have not yet been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
