Site work for a water / sewer project in Mount Pleasant, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Ranney Well Lateral Rehabilitation and Installation The Project consist of furnishing all supplies and labor for the following: _ Rehabilitation of four existing 12-inch collector well laterals (No. 6, 8, 9, 10). Pumping tests on laterals to determine capacities pre- and post-redevelopment. _ Installation of three new 12-inch collector well laterals (No. 11, 12, 13). Pumping tests on new laterals to determine capacities. _ Abandonment (in-place) four existing collector well laterals (No. 1, 2, 3, 7). New 12-inch blind flanges will be installed on the existing lateral valve. _ Installation of one spare 12-inch lateral port. _ Rehabilitation of existing Ranney Well pumps (P-1-9A, P-1-9B, P-1-9C) and Well 18 pump. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarification considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than 10 days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
