The City of Lakeland is requesting qualifications from state certified professionals interested in entering into a continuing contract with the City for plan review services for residential and commercial properties in all disciplines, both onsite and/or offsite. Additional services include inspection services and building official/building code administration services. These services are primarily for the City's Building Inspection Division but may also be used by other City departments as needed. Services under the agreement will be assigned on a “task authorization” basis. Interested firms should submit a proposal containing qualifications, experience, resources, and references. Qualifications submitted must be in complete accordance with this request for qualifications, the attached City of Lakeland specifications, and all referenced codes, specifications, and requirements.
