Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a office development; and for site work for a office development.
The Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) is seeking the services of a qualified Construction Manager (CM) to support the pre-construction design development, construction, and delivery of the new TTC Operations Facility. The Project is a vital component of the TTC's long-term strategy to modernize and consolidate its administrative, operational, and technology-enabled support functions. The facility will be situated within Toronto's east end at the existing TTC McCowan Yard lands (1720 Ellesmere Road, Scarborough), and will be located in close proximity to critical transit infrastructure to ensure seamless network oversight.
