Prequalification for various construction works in support of rapid transit capital projects in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area. The objective is to develop a prequalified list of contractors with the necessary experience, qualifications and resource availability to provide the work to be issued via a subsequent procurement process. Only proponents determined by Metrolinx, in its sole discretion based on the evaluation criteria stated, to be qualified will be added to the prequalified list of contractors for the work. Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all submissions at its sole discretion. Proponents must submit pre-qualification submissions electronically through MetrolinxMERX EBS in accordance with the instructions to proponents. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.metrolinx.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
