The purpose of this Tender is to select a qualified Bidder to supply all materials and perform all labour required for the HVAC Upgrades at the West Royalty Community Centre HVAC upgrades including removal of existing air handling units, exhaust fans and ductwork, installation of energy recovery ventilators, multiple split heat pump systems, ducted systems for gym and community areas, destratification fans, associated electrical work, controls, testing, commissioning, and all related cutting and patching in an occupied facility Documents can be found at https://tinyurl.com/5n694r7d The work of this project is comprised of the HVAC Upgrades to the West Royalty Community Centre at 1 Kirkdale Road, Charlottetown. The construction of this project will include interior and exterior works which include but not limited to: 1) Remove and dispose of existing air handling unit and exhaust fans in Mechanical Room. 2) Remove and dispose of existing ductwork as indicated. 3) Provide energy recovery ventilator and split heat pump system in Level 1 Receiving/Office area. 4) Provide energy recovery ventilator in Mechanical Room to serve building areas indicated. 5) Relocation of two (2) split heat pump systems from Level 2 to Level 1 Flex Room. 6) Provide one (1) split heat pump system in Level 1 Committee Room. 7) Provide ducted split heat pump system including ductwork, refrigeration piping, and controls serving Gymnasium. 8) Provide two (2) ceiling mounted destratification fans including controls serving Gymnasium. 9) Provide ducted split heat pump system including ductwork, refrigeration piping, and controls serving Level 2 Community Room. 10) Provide cutting and patching as required to facilitate HVAC Upgrades to match existing surroundings. 11) Provide start-up and commissioning of all equipment installed under project scope. 12) Provide electrical connections and disconnect switches for all mechanical equipment installed under project scope.
