New hip roof including truss kit and metal roof top. See attached Request for Bid and Structural drawings and Specifications. Submit all questions via e-mail, answers will be mailed out prior to bid date. Remove existing 'mansard' metal roof structure and dispose of offsite o Build level curb at perimeter of block building with anchor bolts per structural detail 1/ S701 o Install double green treated top plate around perimeter of building for hip truss system to rest on/attach to - Assembly per structural details o Building footprint 18'-8" x 18'-1" Field verify o Construct 6:12 pitch, hip roof from truss kit meeting specified structural loads o Sheath with 5/8" plywood, sheathing clips o Contractor to apply for building permits and schedule inspections. City will waive fees. o Roof to be minimum 24 gauge, standing seam type metal roof with interlocking edges that snap or lock together. Materials and fabrication to meet state and local
