Site work for a development in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a conservation development.

The objectives of the Raspberry Crags IRSC project include increasing forest health and vigor, increasing watershed health, reduction of high severity fire potential, and increasing landscape heterogeneity. These objectives will be accomplished through a reduction of mid-closed structural stages to encourage the development of more mid-open, late-open conditions, creating a mosaic of forest conditions and structures that allow for wildfires and other insect, disease, and disturbance agents to occur at natural intensities, cutting and mechanically piling described timber and fuels, hand cutting and piling or chipping biomass and non-sawtimber (including clearing campsites), cutting and removing included timber, and decommissioning user-created roads and trails to protect wildlife and roadless areas. Timber removal is subject to agreement.
