Work includes but is not limited to removal of timber panel bridging, demolition and removal of existing culverts, and furnishing and installation of new precast concrete culverts, head walls, and wing walls. Services shall be performed by the awardee in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions of this solicitation, including those found in the solicitation attachments.
