Description

Renovation of a religious / funeral development in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a religious / funeral development.

Contractor shall provide all management, manpower, supervision, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary to repair an LG Model ARUM216BTE5 Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) system. Work includes diagnosing system issues, performing required repairs, restoring full functionality, and ensuring the system operates in accordance with manufacturer specifications and performance standards. Location: Fort Snelling National Cemetery, 7601 34th Avenue S, Minneapolis, MN 55450 RFQ QUESTIONS: All questions regarding this solicitation are to be submitted to the Contracting Officer, via email, no later than June 10, 2026 at 4:00pm EST.
