Furnish all labor, material, and equipment and perform all work required for the construction of the City of Jacinto City Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements GLO DRRP Project No. 25-109-001-F043 (Yellow). Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes on the provided forms, marked appropriately, and received by the specified deadline. All work is subject to applicable Federal and State laws and regulations, including payment of not less than the federally determined prevailing Davis-Bacon and Related Acts wage rate. Contractors must ensure nondiscrimination in employment and adhere to the City of Jacinto City Section 3 Policy. All bids must include a cashier's or certified check or a bid bond for five percent of the total maximum bid price as a guarantee. The successful bidder must furnish Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent of the contract price, issued from authorized sureties with the required ratings and licensing.
