The project provides for the rehabilitation of East Colvin Street between Comstock Avenue and the City Limit in the City of Syracuse. The project includes milling and paving of the roadway surface with areas of full depth reconstruction; curbing, sidewalk, driveway work; drainage system improvements; replacement of traffic signals; landscaping; and upgrades to signs and pavement markings. Sealed proposals will be received at Division of Purchase of the City of Syracuse, New York, on July 14th, 2026, for the PIN 3756.81 East Colvin Street 2R Paving Project until 2:30 p.m. On the same day and immediately thereafter, the sealed proposals will be opened and publicly read by the Director of the Office of Management & Budget, Division of Purchase of the City of Syracuse, New York. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is recommended but is optional. Question Deadline 07/08/2026 at 4:00 PM ET
