Description

Proposal (IFB/RFP) #2025-001 CDBG CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS Serving Seniors, a non-profit organization in San Diego, CA, has been awarded a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) by the City of San Diego to renovate its facility at 1525 4th Ave., San Diego, CA 92101. Licensed and bonded Electrical C-10 contractors are invited to submit bids for installing solar panels and a new security system. The project budget is $250,000. Bidders must be licensed and bonded and comply with Davis-Bacon Federal and California State prevailing wage laws. Bids are to be submitted electronically and must meet all submission requirements. A Bid Bond of 5% of the total bid amount is required. The awarded contractor must provide a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each covering 100% of the contract amount.
