Site work for a water / sewer project in Berea, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work includes videoing the entire project area, installation of 3,737 linear feet of 6-inch PVC C900 water line, installation of 180 linear feet of 12-inch steel encasement pipe by open cut, installation of 30 linear feet of 8-inch steel encasement pipe by open cut, installation of 6 insertion valves, and site cleanup and restoration to a minimum of pre-construction conditions. Proposals must be sealed and clearly marked with the project name and contractor information. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in an amount not less than five percent of the base bid. No bid may be withdrawn for ninety days after the bid opening. Late bids will be returned unopened. All questions must be submitted in writing or by email to the Engineer and will be answered through addenda distributed to all plan holders. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive formalities, and any obviously unbalanced bid may be rejected. Question Deadline 06/25/2026 at 2:00 PM ET- All questions concerning the bidding of this project shall be officially answered by the Engineer.
