Site work for a water / sewer project in San Antonio, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sealed bids are requested for the construction of approximately 207 linear feet of 8-inch PVC sanitary sewer main by open-cut and jack-and-bore methods, grout abandonment of approximately 200 linear feet of existing 8-inch sanitary sewer main within an existing 16-foot sewer easement between the US 281 S Frontage Road and the Wild Springs neighborhood, installation of approximately 36 linear feet of 12-inch PVC sanitary sewer main by open-cut methods, sanitary sewer manhole installation, sewer bypass operations, and traffic control for the EARZ Wild Springs Sewer Main Replacement Project. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid price. No communication with SAWS staff, Consultant, Developer, or City of San Antonio officials regarding this IFB is permitted until contract award, as outlined in the Instructions to Bidders. Bids will be received electronically via SAWS FTP site or as sealed bids at the specified location. Further instructions and requirements for bid submission can be found on the SAWS website in the Business Center under Bidder, Consultant, and Vendor Registration.
