The project consists generally of demolishing six existing structures at the subject properties. B The time for completion of the work (the contract time) shall be one hundred and fifty (150) calendar days from the date of the notice to proceed. 2610801 City of Raleigh's Roadway Design and Construction Division (RDC) has acquired six properties located at 4824, 4830, 4900, and 4904 Six Forks Road, and 510 and 511 North Glen Drive (Subject Properties). RDC intends to demolish the existing structures on the Subject Properties as part of ongoing property management and site stabilization efforts.
