Contractors are invited to bid on the EAFR Wilderness Barracks Renovation for the Vermont Army National Guard at The Ethan Allen Firing Range in Jericho, Vermont. The project consists of, but is not limited to, the demolition of the existing latrine area and existing ductwork throughout the building, installation of new fire protection and fire alarm systems, new finishes including carpet, paint, floor and wall tile, demolition and installation of electrical work, installation of new HVAC equipment and associated ductwork, earth work, concrete work, and plumbing work. Blueprints, Etc. is the official source for documents concerning this bid. Documents can be obtained from Blueprints, Etc. at 20 Farrell Street, South Burlington, VT 05403, by phone, fax, or email. Project manuals and plans are also available for preview at http://www.blueprintsetc.com in the Private Plan Room with a required password. There is a non-refundable fee for each set of documents purchased. Any notifications, releases, and addendums for this project will be posted at the same website. There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the site, and visitors must surrender a valid ID during their stay. Subcontractors are encouraged to attend, and visitors must notify the Project Manager in advance to be added to the access list. All workers are to enter the Ethan Allen Firing Range via the front gate and follow the provided directions to the project location. Any vendor requiring clarification of any section of this RFP or wishing to comment or take exception to any requirements of the RFP must submit specific questions in writing to ryan.farina@partner.vermont.gov & cc the architect no later than 1:00 pm on 23 June, 2026.
