Miami-Dade County commissioners are considering a proposal for a new Chase Sapphire Lounge at Miami International Airport in Concourse E near Gate E7. The approximately 13,793-square-foot premium lounge would operate as a membership and day-pass facility within a planned common-use space, replacing existing airport offices. The concession agreement is valued at about $93.8 million, with construction expected to take several years and a potential opening in the late 2020s, pending county approval.
