Weatherization contractors will bid for annual contract work between July 1, 2026 and June 30, 2027. HVAC contractors, once pre-approved, will form a pool and be invited to bid as work becomes available in Audrain, Boone, Cooper, Callaway, Cole, Howard, Moniteau, and Osage counties. Weatherization contracts are awarded based on bid pricing and contractor experience. Bids must be completed, sealed, and turned in by the stated deadline.
