Reference Number 0000427000 The Riviera Beach CRA is seeking bids from qualified sign contractors to design, fabricate, and install approximately 11 custom directional signs as part of the Wayfinding Program. The signs will be installed at four primary gateways and high-traffic locations: Marina Village (3 Signs) Intersection of Broadway and Blue Heron Blvd (4 Signs) Intersection of 13th Street and Broadway (3 Signs) Silver Beach Road and Broadway (1 Sign) This project aims to improve navigation, elevate the City's visual identity, and create a cohesive, branded experience for both residents and visitors. Question Deadline 06/23/2026 at 5:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online Yes General Requirements - Insurance Required - License Required The Contractor shall furnish, at their expense, all labor, supervisors, equipment, machinery, tools, materials, transportation, and other services necessary to fully renovate the existing building with new interior, roof repair, HVAC system, electrical package including a new generator, relocate an existing sleeping trailer, construct an apparatus covering, parking lot, demolition of asphalt, concrete, and landscaping, installation of fencing, pedestrian gates and electric gates, asphaltic pavement, concrete sidewalks, concrete curb and gutter, and lighting, flag pole, access control, cameras, striping and signage, new awning, painting the existing interior and all other elements as indicated in Attachments "C" - "F". The Riviera Beach CRA further boosts economic vitality with its Business Services and Grant Incentives programs, designed to eliminate blight, attract new businesses, and retain existing ones, thus maintaining the City's economic stability.
