This is a request for tender for the Perimeter Ditch Lining at Humberstone Landfill in the Regional Municipality of Niagara. Prospective bidders are invited to submit bids as further described in the RFT document. It is highly recommended for bidders to thoroughly review the RFT document due to recent revisions, particularly sections regarding the submission of bids, bid security, and agreements to bond. Non-compliance with the current requirements may result in disqualification. Bidders shall note that access to the site will be restricted up until the time of construction. As such, bidders are invited to attend an optional non-mandatory pre-bid site meeting for the following date and time, where access to the site will be permitted. This will be the only time that bidders will have access to the job site. Bidders will be required to sign an attendance sheet confirming their attendance at the site meeting. No allowance will subsequently be made for any errors or omissions on the part of any bidder.
