Renovation of a municipal facility in Norman, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade municipal facility.
Sealed bid proposals are requested for the Siding/Soffit/Gutter/Door Project at the Norman Housing Authority Offices in Norman, Oklahoma. The work includes all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for the described renovations as defined in the bid documents. Bid packets, containing drawings, details, and specifications, can be obtained from Redland Childers Architects, P.C. Bidders must submit a bid guarantee of five percent of the bid amount and complete required affidavits and certifications with their bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide statutory payment, performance, and defect bonds or acceptable alternatives. Bids may be rejected for any irregularity or incompleteness. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, provided the bid does not exceed available funds. Compliance with equal employment opportunity and minimum wage requirements is mandatory. Instructions for compliance with Executive Order 11246 and Section 3 will be addressed at the pre-bid conference. No bids may be withdrawn within sixty days of bid opening without consent.
