Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Florida, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of the installation of a new stormwater lift station at Brush Creek. The Henry County Board of Commissioners and the Village of Deshler reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities, irregularities, and errors in the bidding to the extent permitted by law. The County also reserves the right to purchase material from the most economical source, considering the location of material and job site as well as any other pertinent factors. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the actual date of bid opening. Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to Maumee Valley Planning Organization, 1300 E. Second Street Suite 200, Defiance, Ohio 43512, or mvpo@mvpo.org. To be given consideration, this request must be received at least three (3) days prior to the scheduled date for bid opening. Question Deadline 06/26/2026 Award is subject to final approval.
