Description

Site work, new construction and renovation of a recreation facility in Decatur, Georgia. Completed plans call for the construction of a recreation facility; for the renovation of a recreation facility; and for site work for a recreation facility.

The County of DeKalb, GA (the "County"), is soliciting sealed Bids for Reconstruction of DeKalb Tennis Center (480 Days). Project work includes all labor, materials, equipment, and services required for reconstruction of the DeKalb Tennis Center, located within Mason Mill Park, Decatur, GA, including a new pro shop building. Contractor shall furnish and install all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, testing, certifications, documentation, and incidentals necessary to provide a complete and operational Information Technology (IT) and Low Voltage Infrastructure system in accordance with DeKalb County Department of Innovation and Technology (DoIT) Standards. The Contractor shall provide all conduit, pathways, sleeves, supports, raceways, cabling, terminations, testing, and documentation necessary for a complete installation. Final device locations shall be coordinated with DeKalb County DoIT prior to rough-in. Question Submission Deadline:June 25, 2026, 5:00pm All requests must be in writing via the County's eProcurement Portal. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guarantee in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the Bid. The Bid Guarantee may be in the form of an official bank check payable to DeKalb County, or a Bid Bond in the form provided in the Bid Document Package. The Bid Bond shall be issued by a surety company licensed to write bonds in the State of Georgia, listed in the most current U.S. Treasury Circular No. 570, and have a current A.M. Best rating of "A" (Excellent) with a Financial Size Category of XII or better. The scope of work involves reconstruction of the DeKalb Tennis Center, located within Mason Mill Park, Decatur, GA, including a new pro shop building. The Base Bid includes all work shown in the contract documents. The project location is Mason Mill Park, Decatur, GA. The owner is DeKalb County Recreation, Parks, and Cultural Affairs. The address of the DeKalb Tennis Center is 1406 McConnell Drive Decatur 30033. The scope of the Project generally consists of the following major items, but is not limited to: _ Site development and site utilities Regrading of the site per the permitted construction documents Modification and improvement of the existing tiered tennis center structure _ ADA accessibility upgrades and improvements Construction of a new tennis pro shop building _ All mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems associated with the buildingLandscaping and site restoration
