Description

Site work for a civil project in Easton, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Talbot County, Maryland is soliciting proposals for consultant/engineering services from qualified firms to update the 2002 Report of the Review of the Talbot County Comprehensive Water and Sewerage Plan (CWSP). The selected firm must be able to complete the update so that it complies with Code of Maryland Regulations (COMAR) and is consistent with the 2026 Comprehensive Plan, as adopted. The consultant must complete all identified tasks within 270 days of receiving a signed Notice to Proceed. Qualified Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs) and Women’s Business Enterprises (WBEs) are especially encouraged to participate. All proposals must be sealed and submitted to the Office of the Talbot County Manager by the specified deadline. Emailed or faxed proposals will not be accepted, and it is the bidder’s responsibility to ensure a complete and timely submission. The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or accept any proposal, or portions thereof, in the public's best interest. Proposal packages may be obtained from the Talbot County Department of Public Works.
