The Gulf Coast Water Authority (GCWA) is seeking sealed bids for the procurement and delivery of Ferric Sulfate 12% for the Thomas S. Mackey Water Treatment Plant. GCWA reserves the right to order the specified product on an as-needed basis, with quantities estimated for a one-year period (~4 million lbs.), but no guarantee is made to purchase a specific quantity. Bidders should submit bids for the item and the quantities listed, and the contract will be awarded based on the qualifying low bid for product shipped within the one-year period. The authority may accept or reject any or all bids and will select bids deemed to be in its best interest in accordance with the specifications. Bids must be submitted electronically via Civcast before the specified deadline. Bids received after the deadline will not be accepted. The bid opening will be conducted publicly and read aloud via TEAMS video conference, with the public able to attend in person as well.
