This RFP is for two contracts to perform an identical scope of work for two separate project groups referred to as Package A and Package B. Proponents are invited to submit proposals for Package A only, Package B only, or both Package A and Package B. The contract is being split in this fashion to allow the District to award Package A and Package B to two different proponents to accelerate design development and increase consultant capacity on District projects.
