CATSA has a requirement to establish Standing Offers with qualified suppliers to procure low value Information Technology (IT) goods such as computer peripherals and general technology products and components required for the support and maintenance of its IT infrastructure on an as and when requested basis, for up to three years. Only Canadian Suppliers and suppliers from the United Kingdom and member states of the European Union are eligible to submit a proposal. CATSA may, subject to the availability of funding, purchase Goods on an as and when required basis, via purchase orders issued under the Standing Offer(s). Bidders must achieve a minimum Technical Score of seventy-five points in order to receive further consideration. See the RFSO for details of allocation of orders to qualified suppliers holding Standing Offers. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
