500,000 Gallon Fluted Column (Tank #6) Exterior Repaint with Containment, Dry Interior Partial Repaint, and Miscellaneous Repairs. This project name is to be understood to include the entire scope of project as defined and detailed by these specifications and Contract Documents. Bid proposals must be received via online electronic bids through QuestCDN until the Bid Deadline. To access the electronic bid form, download the project documents and click the online bidding button at the top of the advertisement. Upon opening and examining the submitted Bid Proposals, the Village anticipates awarding the Contract for the Work on the Project to the Bidder determined to be the lowest responsible Bidder. The Village of Wheeling reserves the right to waive any irregularities, technicalities, informalities, and other nonmaterial variances contained in any Bid Proposal and to reject all Bids. The Village reserves the right to hold any received Bid Proposal for a period of ninety (90) days from the opening date. The successful Bidder will be required to comply with the requirements under Illinois and federal law applicable to a public works project, including the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act.
