The 88th Medical Group at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, requires non-personal services for comprehensive preventive maintenance and on-call repair services for commercial food service equipment. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and transportation necessary to ensure the continuous operation of equipment located at the Nutritional Medicine Flight (Building 830) in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The contractor must perform scheduled quarterly preventive maintenance and provide on-call remedial and emergency repair services, including a mandatory 4-hour on-site response time for emergencies. Technicians must have current, relevant commercial equipment certifications and at least five years of corporate experience in commercial kitchen equipment repair. Replacement parts must be ENERGY STAR or FEMP-designated to the maximum extent practicable. Offerors must review all attachments, including the Performance Work Statement, pricing sheet, wage determination, and equipment inventory list, and submit quotes in accordance with the instructions provided.
