Reference Number 0000427113 In accordance with C.R.S. 38-26-107, notice is hereby given that Pueblo West Metropolitan District, Pueblo West, Colorado, will make final settlement with Shisler Inc. (Contractor) for the Civic Center Trail project. Any persons, co-partnership, association of persons, company or corporation that has furnished labor, materials, team hire, sustenance, provisions, provender or other supplies used or consumed by the contractor identified above or any subcontractor thereof in or about the performance of work contracted to be done or that has supplied rental machinery, tools, or equipment to the extent used in prosecution of work whose claim therefore has not been paid by the contractor or subcontractor may file with the Pueblo West Metropolitan District's Procurement Manager a verified statement of the amount due and unpaid on account of such claim.
