Site work and paving for a detention facility in Topeka, Kansas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a detention facility.

Prepare bidding plans and specification documents to repair and replace the concrete paving (Sally port drive, secured delivery areas, aprons, street entrances, etc.) located on the south side of the Adult Detention Center at SE 8th & Madison Avenue. Plans shall be prepared in accordance with City of Topeka / Shawnee County Design Standards, latest edition. Construction Inspection Services shall be provided in accordance with City of Topeka / Shawnee County Standard Technical Specifications, latest editions and addenda thereto. Each firm's qualification statement must include a brief description of similar projects completed, a statement of project approach, references (including names, addresses, and telephone numbers of cities where similar projects were completed), and identification and qualifications of key personnel assigned to the project. Resumes indicating key relevant experience and knowledge for each named person must be attached. Bids must show the bidder's complete business or mailing address and must be signed. Bids may be withdrawn before the closing time by proper identification and request. All responses must be submitted through the online bid portal.
