Inlet Filters, Inlet replacement, and Pavement Restoration Project at various locations near the Borough Hall located at 237 Seventh St. West Easton, PA. The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, oversight and permits required to demolish and removal of existing storm inlets, install inlet filters at various inlet locations, install new stormwater structures, minor grading, sidewalk and asphalt full depth paving restoration, and all other work shown or reasonably implied. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. All Prime Site Contractor Bidders must be PennDOT Prequalified for the tasks they complete, and all site subcontractors must be PennDOT Prequalified as a Sub-Contractor for the tasks assigned. An abstract of the bids received will be available to bidders online following the date and time that bids are due as indicated.
