Description

Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in West Easton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, oversight and permits required to demolish and remove existing storm inlets, install inlet filters at various inlet locations, install new stormwater structures, minor grading, sidewalk and asphalt full depth paving restoration, and all other work shown or reasonably implied. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder. Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. All Prime Site Contractor Bidders must be PennDOT Prequalified for the tasks they complete, and all site subcontractors must be PennDOT Prequalified as a Sub-Contractor for the tasks assigned. The Borough of West Easton reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions or to waive any informalities in bidding and to withhold award for a period of sixty days.
