Description

This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Hoxie, Arkansas. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

Purchase and installation of ten (10) various size units, 17 SEER or better heat pumps with a backup heat strip kit. Warranty information must be listed on the bid sheet. All units being removed must be properly removed to secure refrigerant within the system. The units will then be moved by the contractor to a storage unit on the Hoxie Housing Authority (HHA) property. The contractor will have 30 days after the award of the contract to complete the installation. Bids must be received at Paragould Housing Authority (PHA) on or before the specified date. HHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. The bid shall not be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days subsequent to the opening of the bids without the written consent of PHA.
