Site work and outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot in Palm Bay, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The St. Johns River Water Management District is seeking submittals from qualified contractors to retrofit existing Metal Halide parking lot lighting fixtures to LED fixtures at the Districts Palm Bay location. The estimated budget for the work is $50,000. The District seeks a Florida-licensed electrical contractor to remove existing metal halide pole light fixtures, install new LED fixtures, and furnish all related electrical work to complete the replacement. The PBSC contains 24 double-headed poles and 13 single-head poles, for a total of 61 fixtures. All electrical work shall comply with the current National Electrical Code. The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, supervision, equipment, and warranties necessary to complete the tasks described in Section IV. B. Contractor Responsibilities within the agreed-upon timeframe. The contractor will secure all necessary permits (if required by the AHJ) before beginning work.
